 The Costa Villa Complex consists of three different types of accommodation suitable for 2 to 8 people. We have two 2 bedroom attic apartments, two 1 bedroom bungalows and six large two story 2 bedroom villas.
All are clean and modern, beautifully decorated throughout and have comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you will need for an enjoyable stay.
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by one of the Karakosta family who will transfer you (on request) to the complex which is only a 5/10 minute drive away.
There is also a 24 hour mini bus service available to provide you with easy access for traveling around the island.
A welcome package can be arranged for your arrival which includes bread, water, milk, fresh fruit and local wine (available on request).
There will be be a welcome pack in your accommodation which includes Zante information, local things to do and see, and all the events and entertainment which will be happening on your stay at the complex.
Two Bedroom Attic Apartments – Located on the second floor, these attic apartments offer magnificent views over the countryside and can accommodate 5-6 people.
They comprise of two separate bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen and furnished balcony. |

One Bedroom Bungalows – The two newly constructed bungalows are suitable for 4/5 people and are located next to the swimming pool, ideal for the elderly or for families with small children.
They consist of a double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen/dining area with full oven, fridge freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board; living area with TV and DVD player and a sofa bed.
The bungalows also have traditional features of timbered ceiling and open fireplace. |

Large Two Bedroom Villas - The six newly constructed, two storey villas, all have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 8 people.
The ground floor is open plan with fully equipped kitchen including all utensils, full oven, fridge freezer, microwave, iron/ironing board and breakfast bar; the living area has a TV, DVD player and a sofa bed; there is also a small bathroom with WC, shower and hand basin located on the ground floor.
The stairs lead to the second floor where you will find two spacious double bedrooms, which lead to a large balcony, and a bathroom with spa bath, shower, WC and hand basin. |
